Introduction
Eddy Current Testing (ET) is a highly versatile electromagnetic Non‑Destructive Testing method used to detect surface and near‑surface defects, measure conductivity, evaluate heat treatment, assess corrosion, and inspect tubing in heat exchangers, boilers, and condensers. ET is widely used in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation, Aerospace, Marine, Manufacturing, and Non‑Ferrous Material Inspection.
ET Level I & II certification ensures inspectors can set up eddy current instruments, select appropriate probes, interpret impedance plane signals, evaluate indications, and apply acceptance criteria from international codes such as ASME, ASTM, ISO, and EN.
This GTMCS Eddy Current Testing Level I & II program is aligned with ISO 9712 and ASNT SNT‑TC‑1A, combining technical theory, hands‑on practice, and certification preparation.
